Training

Ethos

"Tell me and I'll forget; show me and I may remember; involve me and I'll understand"

Confucius

This ancient wisdom sums up Sensa's approach to training and development. The reason that most training does not change behaviours, and therefore does not change results, is that it misses a very important part of the training cycle.

Most training companies, either miss the all-important imitation stage, or rely on

workshops alone to reinforce the teaching. At Sensa we know that this is where

hearts and minds are won to the new techniques using video role play simulations to

ensure individuals can practice their new skills on each other, instead of practising on

your customers. This is the first step in changing behaviours and ensuring that new

skills "see the light of day"

.

Concept
